Keep in mind that ALL email sent to any address @markmumma.com is tendered to me with express authorization to redistribute or publish said email on any web site of my choosing.
If you do not agree to this, do not send me email. If redistribution/republishing of emails that you send to me is OK with you in every way you are granted the priviledge of sending me all the email you want provided that:
- The From (or Reply to) email address is a valid email address where you can receive a reply to your email.

Use only YOUR OWN web site address in the email. No IP addresses or third party web addresses qualify as YOUR OWN web site address.

Failure to comply with above Email Terms
If you choose to send me an email that is not of a personal nature (e.g., How are you doing Mark, I havent seen you since college. -or- Hey Mark, how are the wife and kids? Missed you at the church pot luck dinner.) or if you choose to send me an email that does not pertain to the content of my web site, I will consider your email to be an unsolicited email. Further: If the email is that of a commercial nature (e.g. an offer to buy your products or services, enter a contest, read your newsletter, etc...) then I will consider your email to be Unsoliceted Commercial Email (UCE).
If you send me unsolicited email or any other email that fails to comply with each and every one of the terms above I will consider the email to be an invitation by you, your company and/or customer for me to educate you, your company and/or customer as to why you should comply with the terms that were violated. I charge Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00 USD) for each term that you invite me to explain. Since I do not enjoy explaining terms to violators of my email policies you can avoid inviting me to explain them by NOT sending me unsolicited email. It would also help to familiarize yourself with the laws regarding unsolicited email in the state of Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Statutes provide for the payment of damages in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) per day for each day that you send email through my email servers. This remedy applies whether you are sending one email a day or 2,500 emails a day. (See: Oklahoma Statutes, Title 15 Section 776.1, 776.2, 776.3 and 776.4 for more info.)
Senders of Adult Related email and Demand for Payment
If you send me adult related email of any kind containing nudity, vulgarity, profanity or any other content not suitable for children you agree to pay me double my normal rates for explaining my email policies. If you violate my email terms I will send you a demand for payment. You will only recieve one demand for payment prior to having a lawsuit filed against you in the state of Oklahoma. It would be in your best interest to take it seriously and pay it promptly.
